As EliseAI grows, we’re looking for someone who can help us get better at identifying, attracting, evaluating, and closing exceptional talent across the company. This role sits at the intersection of recruiting, strategy, operations, and marketing.

Responsibilities

Source and engage exceptional candidates and conduct initial screens; Partner with hiring managers to define great candidates and rebuild interview loops; Map top companies, teams, and talent pools to build candidate pipelines; Analyze recruiting funnels, sourcing channels, and conversion rates; Organize events, campaigns, and partnerships to strengthen EliseAI's talent brand; Collaborate with engineers and company leaders to write blog posts and develop content

Requirements

1-5 years of experience at a high-growth startup or fast-paced environment; Undergraduate degree from a top university; Strong relationship-building skills and ability to engage high-caliber candidates; Excellent writing and communication skills; Analytical mindset, strong judgment, and a track record of taking ownership; Willingness to work in person at the San Francisco or New York office 4-5 days per week

Nice to have

Computer science or another technical background; Experience in engineering, product, operations, go-to-market, or strategy
