Responsibilities

Participate in the structural design of various industrial projects.; Ensure that all assigned projects are executed in accordance with the company’s quality management system.; Promote an integrated and multidisciplinary design approach, collaborating across different engineering disciplines.; Understand and address client requirements and expectations effectively.; Stay up to date with industry standards, guidelines, and new technologies, and communicate relevant developments to your team.; Collaborate constructively with colleagues, external partners (e.g., architects, piping and mechanical engineers), and clients to ensure high-quality project delivery.

Requirements

You are a qualified Structural Engineer, holding a Bachelor Degree in this field ( mandatory).; You have a minimum of 7 years of technical experience in structural engineering.; Experience in international projects outside Romania is considered an advantage.; You have experience coordinating projects within industrial environments.; You have been involved in all phases of structural projects, from concept to completion.; You are proficient in using Revit for drafting and modeling.; You possess strong communication skills.; You have a high level of proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
