Studio Coach - Leonardtown, MD

Our Field Team is comprised of Coaches and Guides who establish connections with members and create inclusive in-person communities at our Studio locations. They inspire our members to develop healthy habits by teaching them how to eat healthier while still enjoying their favorite foods, move more, sleep better, and shift their mindset, all while fostering a sense of community and belonging.

Responsibilities

Member engagement, member retention, new member recruitment, and product sales; Deliver an exceptional workshop experience while engaging members with the weekly behavior change curriculum; Build strong connections in the community on social platforms and seek opportunities to build on-brand partnerships, attract new members, and create brand awareness; Focus on member recruitment and retention by relationship building with members; Deliver behavior change coaching by ensuring members feel seen, heard and supported

Requirements

Social media savvy or content creator; Passionate about wellness and either a current WW member or excited to become one; Excellent at active listening to be able to provide our members with assistance; Able to travel to our workshop locations within the territory; Interested in a flexible, part-time schedule

Nice to have

Experienced at facilitating a group preferred
