Studio Coach - Saskatoon, SK

Location: Canada - Studios. WeightWatchers is a global digital health company. While having a ton of fun, you’ll be responsible for: member engagement, member retention, new member recruitment, and product sales - all while working flexible hours! This is an in person role at our studio location. Schedule will be Friday mornings from 8am to 10am, with opportunities to sub in the nearby area.

Responsibilities

Member engagement; Member retention; New member recruitment; Product sales; Deliver an exceptional workshop experience while engaging members with the weekly behavior change curriculum; Build strong connections in the community on social platforms and seek opportunities to build on-brand partnerships; Focus on member recruitment and retention by relationship building; Deliver behavior change coaching by ensuring members feel seen, heard and supported

Requirements

Social media savvy or content creator; Passionate about wellness and either a current WW member or excited to become one; Excellent at active listening to be able to provide our members with assistance; Able to travel to our workshop locations within the territory; Interested in a flexible, part-time schedule
