Substance Use Clinician (LADCI, LICSW, LMHC) - $1000 Sign on Bonus!

Independently Licensed Clinician to join the Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) with a multidisciplinary team at South Shore Hospital. The IOP provides evidence-based intensive counseling for substance and/or alcohol use disorders and co-occurring mental health disorders, under the South Shore Hospital license.

Responsibilities

Provide essential clinical services to individuals with substance and/or alcohol use disorders as part of the Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP); Deliver evidence-based intensive counseling services through licensed clinicians in both group and individual settings; Work closely with clients to help them access valuable community resources; Collaborate with stakeholders including other behavioral health providers, primary care physicians, and community support groups

Requirements

A Master's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or Behavioral Sciences; An independent license in a behavioral health field is required (LADC I, LICSW, LMHC); Professional training and experience providing clinical services and substance use services to our program population, including a minimum of 2 years' experience in the field; Able to work flexibly and collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team; Computer proficiency

Group therapy experience; Experience utilizing Electronic Health Records
