Clark Construction Company Blacksburg, United States
Full-time On-site work

Publication date: 08/11/2026

Valid until: 18/11/2026

The Summer Associate Program is an immersive, full-time program running 8-10 weeks, beginning in late May or early June. Summer associates are fully embedded with a team on a jobsite or in a department, gaining hands-on experience across project management, field management, project development, and business operations. The program includes training and development opportunities, social events, jobsite tours, a Capstone Project, and the Passport Experience. The role is an active, hands-on role with physical demands (frequent lifting up to 25 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds) and a work environment that includes active construction sites and office time. Success requires flexibility to work extended hours during critical project phases or client deadlines. Clark promotes a drug-free workplace; a pre-employment fitness for duty screening is required, and random fitness for duty tests are conducted quarterly.
