Purchase order follow-up; Support in ISO processes and internal audits

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field; Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position; Experience in supplier development; Knowledge of MRP/ERP systems; Purchase order follow-up; Strong communication skills with suppliers; Cost analysis experience; Previous experience in procurement or supply chain management, preferably within a manufacturing or production environment; Strong knowledge of procurement processes, inventory management, and supply chain principles; Familiarity with ERP systems, inventory management software, and other relevant tools; Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions; Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams; Leadership skills, with the ability to supervise and motivate a team; Strong negotiation and contract management skills; High attention to detail and strong organizational skills; Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines; Support in ISO processes and internal audits; Advanced English proficiency; Proficiency in MS Office; Advanced Excel skills
