Supply Growth Manager, Vietnam

Moloco is seeking a passionate and self-starting Supply Growth Manager to lead our supply-side partnerships in Vietnam. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and expanding our relationships with both SDK publishers and SSPs/Exchanges. You will play a critical role in driving our business growth in the Vietnamese market by deepening engagement with existing partners and securing new integrations with top platforms and publishers.

Responsibilities

Manage and expand Moloco’s relationships with SDK publishers in Vietnam; Identify and close new supply partnerships with top apps and platforms in the region; Collaborate closely with the SEA Regional Manager to align demand and supply strategies that support client growth; Lead cross-functional coordination with product, GTM, and ops teams to ensure the success of the partnerships; Surface local market insights and partner feedback to influence Moloco’s supply products and go-to-market strategy

Requirements

5 years and above of Account Management or Publisher/Developer Relations experience; Proven negotiation skills and experience closing commercial deals; Strong analytical skills with the ability to work independently and drive partner decisions using data; Excellent verbal and written communication in both Vietnamese and English; Experience working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
