Surveyor / Senior Surveyor - Commercial Property Management

Commercial Property Management Surveyor | Central London. Hybrid Working (3&2). Iconic Trophy Office & Retail Portfolio. Property Management... but not as you know it. We're working exclusively on behalf of one of London's leading property & asset management advisory businesses to appoint a Surveyor / Senior Surveyor into its Major Buildings team. This is far more than a traditional property management position. You'll work closely with client side Asset Managers, supporting the performance of some of London's most iconic office and mixed-use assets while gaining invaluable corporate exposure.

Responsibilities

Management of a prestigious Zone 1 London portfolio comprising flagship office and mixed-use buildings; Regular interaction with institutional clients and leading Asset Managers; Opportunity to advise on landmark assets including some of London's best-known commercial developments; Close collaboration with asset management teams

Requirements

MRICS qualified surveyor (or equivalent commercial property management experience); strong grounding in managing multi-let commercial assets
