Systems Engineer (Senior) - FULLY CLEARED with POLYGRAPH REQUIRED

Responsibilities

Collaborate closely with project leadership to manage system integration, develop and maintain deployment strategies and processes to ensure smooth delivery of product; Coordinate efforts across the team for effective collaboration and project delivery; Ensure compliance with system standards and best practices through system testing, validation, and life cycle sustainment; Develop and maintain technical plans, milestones, and code reviews; Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to ensure seamless component integration; Decompose project requirements into actionable technical tasks and specifications for software engineers, data scientists, and UX designers; Maintain comprehensive documentation of system architecture, integration, and deployment; Implement and enforce system standards, protocols, and best practices; Conduct regular security, performance, and quality audits for compliance.

Requirements

Must be a US Citizen; Must have TS/SCI clearance w/ active polygraph (Last polygraph must be within the last five (05) years); Nine (09) years of direct/relevant experience; Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline from an accredited college or university is required; Understanding of Agile and other constructs, and CI/CD practices; Knowledge of Agentic frameworks (langgraph) and customer dataflows and sources.
