Talent Acquisition Specialist

What your new challenge will look like: Enable and support the growth of the Czech 4flow team by developing and executing talent acquisition initiatives; Screening, managing administrative and organizational tasks as well as conducting interviews in accordance with needs; Identifying and inspiring potential new 4flowers through actively searching on currently used networks; Acting as first point of contact to hiring managers and external parties; Monitoring efficiency and introducing current trends and ideas and promoting their implementation, develop innovative concepts and measures for the areas of recruiting and active sourcing; Supporting our international team members when needed. You have min. 1-3 years of practical experience in HR, particularly in recruitment. You have successfully completed your studies in business administration or a related field of study with a focus on human resources. You know have a good understanding of local labour market (min. CZ). Your communication skills in English and Czech are very good and you are confident with MS Office tools. You are detail-oriented, proactive, communicative, and open minded. Requirements

Min. 1-3 years of practical experience in HR, particularly in recruitment; Successfully completed studies in business administration or a related field of study with a focus on human resources; Good understanding of local labour market (min.
