Tax Partner

We are directly instructed by the senior management team of a highly ambitious and growing independent business law firm in Paris to help with the appointment of a Tax partner. The firm is a highly rated and astutely managed mid-size boutique business law firm, which specialises in navigating businesses through the legal and regulatory considerations of projects, transactions and disputes within highly regulated sectors. The firm are now looking to add a versatile Tax partner to support their various transactional practices. The ideal candidate will be a corporate tax lawyer with expertise across the tax considerations relevant to the structuring of M&A, private equity and project finance deals. Additional experience in real estate taxation and tax controversy would be welcome.
