Responsibilities

Lead network infrastructure delivery for strategic projects and enterprise initiatives; Drive operational readiness, resilience, and performance of enterprise network services; Coach, mentor, and develop a team of Network Services engineers; Oversee vendor performance, service reviews, and contract obligations; Manage incidents, problems, changes, and risks in accordance with ITIL practices; Lead network security hardening activities and ensure regulatory compliance; Deliver capacity planning, lifecycle management, and continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements

Proven technical leadership or team lead experience within enterprise network services; Strong expertise in Cisco networking, firewalls, and F5 infrastructure platforms; Experience developing network architecture, design, and operational documentation; Demonstrated ability to manage vendor and contractor obligations and performance; Solid understanding of ITIL practices, incident management, and service levels; Knowledge of emerging technologies such as SD-WAN, ACI, NSX, and SDA; Excellent communication skills for stakeholder engagement and team mentoring
