As a Team Leader, you will manage your own caseload while leading and mentoring a team of allied health professionals. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring exceptional outcomes for our young clients within a well-supported and collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

Manage your own caseload while leading and mentoring a team of allied health professionals; Overseeing the day-to-day operations of a high-performing team; Providing clinical supervision and professional development support; Upholding high standards of professionalism and ethical practice; Partnering with families throughout their therapy journey; Using advanced client management systems to streamline documentation and communication

Requirements

Driven, empathetic, and passionate about helping others succeed; Strong background in early intervention (minimum 3 years clinical experience); Ready to take on a leadership role while continuing to grow clinically; Excellent communicator and relationship builder; Relevant tertiary qualifications and professional registration (AHPRA) / SPA; Enthusiastic and ready to make a meaningful impact
