Team Leader - WH -2nd Shift - 10% Shift Differential

The individual in this position is responsible for acting as the group leader for responsible area(s) of one or more of the following key warehouse functional teams: Order/Conveyor Processing Team, Outbound Dock Team, and/or Manufacturing Support Team.

Responsibilities

Act as group leader for responsible area(s) of the Order/Conveyor Processing Team, Outbound Dock Team, and/or Manufacturing Support Team; Provide support, guidance, and leadership to maintain accurate, safe and efficient fulfillment of sales order requests; Provide support, guidance, and leadership to ensure accurate, safe and efficient outbound shipments to Wholesale and Retail customers; Provide support, guidance, and leadership to ensure accurate, safe and efficient fulfillment of manufacturing requests; Ensure all policies and procedures are upheld for accurate, safe and efficient warehouse operation; Provide cross-training to designated department members; Support the functional team in ensuring safe and efficient operation of material handling equipment; Oversee and perform daily equipment safety checks; Oversee or perform daily receipt, accurate reviews, and transfer of materials in and out of manufacturing departments

Requirements

Prior warehouse experience; Demonstrated proficiency with a computer and MS software; Experience with SAP software and processes; Knowledge of standard warehouse practices using RF scanners; Basic writing and math skills; High school education or equivalent; Frequently lift and/or move up to 35 pounds, occasionally lift and/or move up to 75 pounds; Able to be trained and certified to operate PIT equipment (pallet jacks, fork trucks, reach trucks, turret stock picker); Ability to pull, push, climb, balance, stoop, knee, crouch and reach with arms; Must be able to walk frequently; Must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis; Must pass a background screening and may be required to pass drug screenings
