As Team Lead Data Centre (m/f/d) , you will coordinate a team of Data Centre Associates and provide guidance and support on technical, operational, and organizational topics. With your technical background and problem-solving mindset, you will help the team drive operational excellence. Are you on it?

Responsibilities

Coordinate and support the team in day-to-day data centre operations; Manage the provision, movement and availability of materials, hardware and infrastructure components required for technical activities; Support installation, cabling, rack integration and hardware deployment activities within critical IT infrastructure environments; Ensure compliance with safety, quality, operational and service-level standards; Act as the first point of contact for operational topics, incident escalations and continuous process improvements; Collaborate closely with customers, suppliers and internal technical stakeholders; Support technical documentation, reporting, inventory management and asset tracking activities

Requirements

Experience in logistics, technical operations management, warehouse operations or a data centre environment; Ideally, first experience in functional leadership or team coordination; Very good technical understanding; Very good written and spoken English skills; High service orientation, sense of responsibility and hands-on mentality; Willingness to work in shifts
