Technical Business Analyst - Mobile Platform

You will be working in a brand-new team that is defining the future Mobile Banking experience for our customers. Collaborate with cross-functional teams of talented engineers to define, design, and develop new features for next-generation applications. The role focuses on supporting customers globally. You will work closely with our product team to deliver high-quality apps.

Responsibilities

Analyze and translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria for development teams; Act as a bridge between business stakeholders, UX designers, and engineering teams to ensure seamless solution delivery; Contribute hands-on to the implementation of mobile features by developing and reviewing code in Kotlin Multiplatform; Collaborate with architects and developers to define scalable and secure mobile banking solutions, including API integrations and backend interactions; Lead and facilitate client workshops and discovery sessions to gather requirements, align on solution design, and drive decision-making across business and technical stakeholders; Support the full software development lifecycle, including design, development, testing, and release management

Requirements

University degree in Computer Science/Engineering/Mathematics or equivalent; Min. 5 years of experience with business analysis or software engineering in the financial industry; Good programming skills; Strong analytical, problem solving and conceptual skills; Excellent client-orientation and strong communication skills; Self-motivated, proactive and structured working method with a passion for learning
