Technical Consultant – Observability Platform

Customer Consulting & Engagement

- Serve as the technical contact for Bosch-internal customers using the Datadog platform.
- Lead technical discovery sessions, workshops, architecture reviews, and solution discussions.
- Translate business and operational requirements into practical observability solutions.
- Support customer onboarding, migrations, proof-of-concepts, and adoption initiatives.

Technical Leadership

- Provide technical guidance for complex observability and monitoring requirements.
- Design scalable monitoring, logging, tracing, and alerting strategies.
- Advise development and operations teams on observability best practices.

Collaboration & Innovation

- Collaborate with product owners and service managers of other Observability Solutions to continuously improve the Datadog service offering.
- Evaluate emerging observability capabilities and AI-driven operations solutions.

Hands-on experience with at least one leading observability or APM platform

- Datadog
- AppDynamics
- Dynatrace
- New Relic

Requirements

Hands-on experience with at least one leading observability or APM platform:; Datadog; AppDynamics; Dynatrace; New Relic; Strong understanding of:; Application Performance Monitoring (APM); Runtime Monitoring; Distributed Tracing; Service Reliability and Availability Monitoring; Architecture and Design; Experience with cloud technologies such as:; Microsoft Azure; Amazon Web Services (AWS); Google Cloud Platform (GCP); Experience with:; Containerized applications; Microservices architectures; Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.; Ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and business audiences.; Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.; 8+ years of experience in a technical consulting, solution architecture, platform engineering, or observability-focused role.
