Technical Consultant

360Learning is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Consultant to join our Professional Services team. As a Technical Consultant, you will be responsible for scoping custom technical and consulting projects, building custom solutions, coordinating with the Technical Services team and delivering on those projects for our clients. You will work closely with our sales and development teams to understand client needs and translate them into technical solutions. The successful candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and a customer-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

Scoping custom technical and consulting projects; Building custom solutions and delivering projects for clients; Coordinating with the Technical Services team; Working with sales and development teams to understand client needs and translate them into technical solutions; Documenting client use cases and requirements and translating them into platform setup and configuration; Supporting and managing all phases of the implementation lifecycle; Defining 360Learning platform architecture for clients; Facilitating integrations (flat files, APIs, 3rd party apps); Designing tools to support team and customer requests; Providing technical expertise and support to clients throughout the project lifecycle

Requirements

8+ years of experience supporting technical partnerships and integrations, developer relations, or similar technical role with external stakeholders; Excellent understanding of APIs and REST integrations; Strong technical skills, including experience with programming languages such as Java, Python, or Ruby; Knowledge of SaaS platforms, cloud-based solutions, and web technologies; Experience scoping projects, designing technical solutions, and delivering projects; Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues; Ability to adapt your communication to different audiences (highly technical vs. less/non-technical stakeholders); Organized, structured, rational and analytical way of working; Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

Nice to have
