Our Trade Specialists are experts who: Provide technical support to our trade and retail customers through using their expert automotive parts/mechanical knowledge; Build effective customer relationships; Are superstar sellers and problem solvers, and use up-to-date product information and knowledge; Are committed to providing a genuine service, where they create lasting impressions and moments that matter for their customers; Enjoy working in a busy phone customer contact role; Are safety aware and constantly strive to provide the safest work environment for themselves and their teammates.

Requirements

Demonstrate prior automotive parts or mechanical experience; Be a passionate customer service expert with some sales experience; Be comfortable sharing knowledge and have the ability to communicate in a technical and non-technical manner; Be a natural problem solver who is solutions focussed with sound computer skills; Be a proactive and driven team player, who can also work independently; Be available to work and have flexible to work other days if requested
