We're hiring experienced Traffic Controllers to join our team on major road and infrastructure projects across Port Macquarie and the Mid North Coast of New South Wales. Requirements

White Card (General Construction Induction); TCR – Control Traffic with a Stop-Slow Bat; TCP – Implement Traffic Control Plans (Implement Traffic Management Plans); Current Australian driver's licence and flexibility with day and night shifts; Proven experience as a Traffic Controller on NSW road or construction sites

Nice to have

Strong work ethic and teamwork skills; Clear, polite communication with crews, clients, and the public; Initiative and a willingness to learn and upskill
