Responsibilities

Ensuring Traffic Management sites are installed in compliance with NHSS; Deliver site daily briefings; Have a competent understanding and implementation of 'Raising The Bar' document; Reporting near misses and anything necessary to Operation Managers; Complete nightly reports on behalf of the client; Liaising directly with clients, local authorities and highway control; Directly manage your crew to ensure your teammates meet and maintain high quality work plans; Read, review and interpret CAD Traffic Management drawings; Ensure Traffic Management and operations is in accordance with Chapter 8; To ensure the team works in a safe and effective manner to achieve optimum output and to the required quality of operations; Ensure compliance with Health & Safety at Work Act at all times; Be aware and comply to the provided RAMS; Ensure safe working practices are followed as outlined in Method Statements; Complete Risk Assessments

Requirements

Experience in one or more Traffic Management positions; Lantra approved Traffic Management Qualifications; Be able to pass a Drugs & Alcohol Check; Right to Work in UK; Full UK Driving licence (with no more than 6 points)
