We currently have an exciting opportunity for a hands on Driver Debriefer to join our Culina Logistics Team.

Responsibilities

Correctly debriefing drivers; Checking all timesheets for correct completion and ensuring all PODs are returned completed correctly; Scanning and storing PODs using Culina’s document management system; Preparing drivers’ wallets and issuing delivery notes in drop sequence plus any other relevant delivery information; Printing all despatch notes and replenishing despatch paper as required; Answering the telephone and assisting with any enquiries; Downloading drivers’ cards / tachographs; Ensuring all estimated time of arrivals (ETAs) are communicated to Customer Services; Consistently updating all spreadsheets including, but not limited to, change-overs, run summaries and trailer check sheets; Departing loads using Transport Management System (TMS); Ensuring all uplifts are despatched in correct loads

Attention to detail / accuracy; Ability to work without direct supervision; Adaptable approach to work / training; Conscientious and reliable; Positive and adaptable attitude; Excellent communication skills in order to deliver accurate information; Ability to work efficiently and accurately under pressure; Effectively prioritise work load in order to meet set deadlines; Good standard of computer literacy, particularly MS Office e.g. PowerPoint, Word and Excel; Able to work as part of a team or individually; Able to work effectively and communicate to the correct level
