Treasury Associate

Responsibilities

Provide P&L analysis & attribution including variance commentary across positions and funding activity; Analyze investments and financing structures to assess impact on the treasury reporting, returns, and balance sheet usage; Develop and maintain reporting and analysis on liquidity, funding capacity, capital usage, and encumbered versus unencumbered balances; Evaluate the impact of new strategies, products, trade structures, and financing policy changes across departments and stakeholders; Own and produce senior management reporting; Drive projects and process improvements for the treasury function

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree required; 3-5 years of middle office and/or treasury experience; Strong experience with P&L, attribution, reconciliations, and management reporting; Experience partnering with trading desks or financing functions; Strong analytical understanding of capital, liquidity, funding, and balance sheet usage; Advanced Excel skills required; Strong understanding of controls, data quality, and reporting governance
