Treasury Associate

As Treasury Associate within the WC Finanzas team—reporting to the Working Capital Leader Andina and leading a team of specialists and trainees—you will plan, safeguard, and optimize the company's financial resources through precise cash flow forecasting, multi-currency analysis, and process automation. Your primary impact lies in securing operational liquidity and mitigating market risks by enforcing strict SOX and internal controls to facilitate strategic decision-making, while mentoring your team and driving a culture of continuous operational improvement in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

Degree (completed/in progress) in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, or related fields; At least 3 years of solid experience in treasury operations, cash flow forecasting, and reconciliations; Advanced knowledge of MS Excel (macros and automation tools); Multi-currency transaction management; Market fluctuation analysis; Corporate banking portals; Proven ability to supervise, mentor, and develop junior staff; Ability to multitask in dynamic, fast-paced, and high-pressure environments; Strong focus on internal controls; Exceptional attention to detail; Proactive attitude toward process optimization and stakeholder service
