TTM Worker

We're looking for reliable and safety-minded TTM Workers to join our Dunedin team, supporting crews on live roadwork sites across the region. If you enjoy working outdoors, staying active, and being part of a tight-knit crew that keeps traffic moving safely, this could be the perfect role for you.

Responsibilities

Operating Stop/Go paddles on live sites; Communicating clearly over radio with your onsite team; Directing motorists and pedestrians safely through work areas; Supporting general roadwork labouring as required; Working early mornings and long days; Being first onsite and last to leave, ensuring the site is safe at all times; Working outdoors in all weather conditions

Requirements

Full NZ driver licence; Strong understanding and spoken English with clear communication; Reliability, punctuality, and a safety first mindset; Ability to work long hours, early starts, and in all conditions; Current right to work in New Zealand; Pass pre-employment Drug & Alcohol screening test; Pass Ministry of Justice criminal background check
