TTMBC Traffic Management Operative

Pinson TM are working with some of the largest traffic management companies across the UK, and due to an increase in work, we are recruiting for Trainee & Qualified Traffic Management Operatives. Trainee Operatives & Qualified Operatives will be working with both the direct labour and sub-contract labour, meeting targets and deadlines on time.

Responsibilities

Setting up temporary traffic lights at roads required; Managing the traffic flow at the temp traffic lights ensuring the public abide by this; Reporting anything necessary to site or operations manager; Being reliable and dependable with a good attitude to work; Reading and interpreting CAD traffic management drawings; Maintaining and removing traffic management within the required time scales; Setting up traffic lights; Assisting with the diversion of traffic; Ensuring the team works in a safe and effective manner; Ensuring compliance with Health & Safety at Work Act at all times; Complying with provided RAMS; Helping with the unloading/loading of materials; Following safe working practices outlined in Method Statements and Risk Assessments; Reporting plant & vehicle defects

Requirements

TTMBC Operative; Lantra approved Traffic Management Qualifications; Be able to pass a Drugs & Alcohol Check; Right to Work in UK; Full UK Driving licence (with no more than 6 points)
