We're looking for a friendly and professional UPG Counter Sales Associate to join our dynamic team in Oklahoma City. In this role, you will be the face of our organization, delivering exceptional customer service while processing sales transactions and providing product expertise to our valued customers. You will work in a fast-paced counter environment, managing customer interactions with efficiency and professionalism while maintaining a supportive and welcoming atmosphere.

Responsibilities

Process customer transactions accurately using point-of-sale (POS) systems while maintaining efficient workflow and attention to detail; Provide knowledgeable product recommendations and assistance to customers at the counter, identifying their needs and suggesting relevant solutions; Handle cash payments, card transactions, and other payment methods with accuracy and precision; Maintain organized inventory displays and assist with stock management as needed to ensure product availability; Answer customer inquiries professionally and resolve concerns with a customer-focused and empathetic approach; Build positive customer relationships through friendly, courteous, and inclusive interactions; Support the sales team by identifying customer needs and suggesting relevant products to drive sales goals; Ensure the counter area remains clean, organized, and well-stocked throughout the shift; Follow company policies and procedures consistently while maintaining professional standards; Contribute to a collaborative team environment by supporting colleagues and working together toward shared objectives; Demonstrate resilience and flexibility in adapting to changing priorities and customer demands

Requirements

Proven customer service experience in a retail or counter sales environment; Proficiency with point-of-sale (POS) systems and basic computer skills; Strong mathematical abilities and cash handling experience; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor; Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a busy, fast-paced environment; Attention to detail and accuracy in transaction processing and payment handling; Professional attitude with a customer-focused mindset and problem-solving abilities; Ability to perform physical tasks as required for the role; Demonstrated resilience and flexibility in adapting to changing work demands; Preferred: Previous sales experience or product knowledge in the relevant industry; Preferred: Bilingual capabilities; Preferred: Experience with inventory management systems
