Urgent Care / Associate Veterinarian

Potranco Veterinary Clinic is seeking a compassionate, motivated Associate Veterinarian to join our growing team in a unique hybrid role that blends general practice with urgent care. This position offers a consistent 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM schedule. The caseload will include a mix of wellness visits, preventative care, diagnostics, and urgent care cases that require same-day attention but not overnight hospitalization. Located in San Antonio, Texas.

Responsibilities

Practice a balance of routine and urgent care medicine; Work up and manage a diverse caseload; Collaborate with an experienced and supportive veterinary team; Build meaningful relationships with clients and patients; Contribute to a positive, team-oriented culture

Requirements

Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree or equivalent from an accredited university; Active Veterinary State License (or ability to obtain upon hire); Current DEA License (or ability to obtain upon hire); USDA Accreditation (or ability to obtain upon hire)
