Responsibilities

Oversee the preparation and review of the 8-K, 10-Q, 10-K, and other recurring SEC filings;Ensure SEC filings include all required disclosures;Ensure the financial results are appropriately recorded in the fund's financial statements;Manage the communication with internal and external auditors;Oversee SOX controls and documentation;Assist with preparing audit committee materials;Responsible for all required fund regulatory reporting;Assist with ad hoc analyses and projects

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance;10-15 years of public/private accounting experience;SEC reporting experience required;CPA required

Experience with open-ended funds and/or private equity industry preferred
