Video Surveillance Agent

Reporting to the Surveillance Centre Supervisor, the Video Surveillance Agent is responsible for monitoring company facilities, handling incoming alarms and calls, and conducting video analysis as needed.

Responsibilities

Monitor company facilities using video surveillance systems; Perform basic checks of video surveillance equipment; Create and manage access controls; Receive, manage and route telephone calls; Monitor and respond to incoming alarm signals; Alert and coordinate emergency services when required; Prepare required reports; Work closely with investigators and conduct video analysis as needed

Requirements

Available to work various shifts, including day, evening and night shifts; Hold a BSP – Electronic Security Systems licence, or willing to complete the required training after being hired; Bilingual in French and English; Hold a valid Class 5 driver's licence
