Constance Ephelia, a luxurious resort in the Seychelles, is seeking a friendly and efficient Villa Attendant to join our dedicated hospitality team. As a Villa Attendant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests enjoy a comfortable and memorable stay in our exquisite villas.

Responsibilities

Clean and maintain assigned villas to the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene; Prepare rooms for arriving guests, including making beds, arranging amenities, and restocking supplies; Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests and inquiries; Perform regular inspections of villas to identify and report any maintenance issues; Assist with laundry services, including collecting, sorting, and delivering guest items; Maintain accurate records of cleaned rooms, guest requests, and inventory; Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences; Adhere to all safety and security protocols, reporting any concerns to management; Contribute to a positive work environment by supporting colleagues and maintaining a professional attitude

Requirements

Proven experience in housekeeping or hospitality roles, preferably in a luxury resort setting; Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards; Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and supportive demeanour; Ability to work efficiently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment; Basic maintenance skills to address minor issues in villas; Knowledge of safety and hygiene standards in the hospitality industry; Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks and move equipment throughout the workday; Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays; Secondary education or equivalent; First aid certification is desirable; Proficiency in English, knowledge of additional languages is an advantage; Ability to work well in a team and maintain a positive attitude
