Responsibilities

Responsible for validating steering systems (hardware, software, and mechatronic components).; Develop and implement comprehensive test method , test plans , and validation protocols for steering systems across development phases (Components, bench, HIL, durability, and on-road testing).; Coordinate with cross-functional teams: design/release engineers, software developers, vehicle tests, suppliers, and program management to define test requirements, resolve issues, and support root cause analysis (e.g., using FMEA, Problem solving, data logging).; Ensure traceability of requirements to test cases/coverage and oversee documentation for audits and homologation.; Oversee the day-to-day operations steering system test facilities, including bench test rigs, durability test stands, NVH acoustic chambers, environmental chambers, to ensure maximum uptime, reliability, and repeatability of test results.; Lead lab safety, housekeeping, and compliance programs: enforce lab safety protocols corporate EHS standards, and regulatory requirements for test operations.; Other relevant tasks assigned by superiors for achieving company’s objectives.
