Responsibilities

Greet guests warmly and escort them to their tables when required.; Present menus and provide detailed information about food and drink offerings.; Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them promptly to the kitchen and bar.; Serve food and drinks efficiently and courteously.; Check in with guests during their meal to ensure satisfaction and address any requests.; Prepare tables by setting up linens, cutlery, and glassware.; Clear tables and reset them for the next guests.; Process payments accurately using the point-of-sale system.; Maintain cleanliness and organisation in the dining area.; Follow all food safety, hygiene, and health & safety standards.; Work collaboratively with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service.

Requirements

Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred but not essential.; Strong communication and interpersonal skills.; A friendly and professional manner with customers.; Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.; Good attention to detail and organisational skills.; Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays when required.; A positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team.
