Competitive Salary provided - AED 1,600

Responsibilities

Greet guests warmly and escort them to their tables in a professional and friendly manner; Present menus, explain daily specials, promotions, and signature dishes; Demonstrate full knowledge of the FireLake grill concept, menu items, ingredients, and allergens; Take accurate food and beverage orders and input them correctly into the POS system; Serve food and beverages promptly according to service standards; Upsell menu items, premium beverages, and signature cocktails; Ensure guest satisfaction by checking on tables and responding efficiently to requests; Handle guest complaints professionally and escalate issues when required; Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, service stations, and dining areas; Follow hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards at all times; Assist with table setup, mise-en-place, and closing duties; Coordinate effectively with kitchen and bar teams for smooth service flow; Ensure billing accuracy and process payments correctly

Requirements

Previous experience in a restaurant or hotel F&B outlet (grill house or bar experience preferred); Strong knowledge of food and beverage service standards; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; Positive attitude with a guest-focused mindset; Ability to work in a fast-paced environment; Basic knowledge of POS systems; Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays; Well-groomed and professional appearance
