Job Summary; We are hiring professional and customer-focused Waitresses to join a reputed restaurant group in Kuwait. Candidates should have good communication skills, a pleasant personality, and the ability to provide excellent table service in a fast-paced restaurant environment.; Key Responsibilities; Welcome and greet guests professionally.; Escort guests to their tables and provide menus.; Take food and beverage orders accurately.; Serve food and beverages according to restaurant standards.; Maintain clean and properly arranged tables.; Respond to guest requests and provide excellent customer service.; Coordinate with kitchen and restaurant staff for timely service.; Handle guest concerns politely and professionally.; Maintain proper hygiene, grooming, and appearance standards.; Follow restaurant service, health, and safety procedures.; Requirements; Previous restaurant, hotel, café, or hospitality experience is preferred.; Excellent English communication skills.; Good customer service and interpersonal skills.; Pleasant personality and professional appearance.; Good physical fitness.; Minimum height: 5'4".; Preferred age: 21–30 years.; Willingness to learn and work in a multicultural environment.; Male and female candidates are welcome.
