Responsibilities

Greet guests warmly and present menus.; Take food and beverage orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen/bar.; Serve food and drinks promptly and professionally.; Ensure tables are clean, set, and properly arranged at all times.; Check on guests during service to ensure satisfaction.; Handle guest requests and complaints politely and efficiently.; Follow hygiene, safety, and service standards.; Process bills and payments when required.; Coordinate with kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth operations.; Comply with company policies and appearance standards.

Requirements

Open to Saudi and non-Saudi candidates .; Previous experience as a waitress is preferred.; Good communication and customer service skills.; Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.; Basic knowledge of food & beverage service.; Team player with a positive attitude.; Flexible working hours, including weekends and holidays.
