Warehouse Operations Operator 1

Warehouse Operator responsible for maintaining accurate records of raw materials and finished goods, supporting Manufacturing and Quality departments through transaction tracking and cycle counts. Location: Four Oaks, NC. Climate-controlled environment.

Responsibilities

Maintain accurate records of all incoming/outgoing material transactions (receiving, shipping, transferring, counting); Generate reports from the ERP system as needed; Reconcile discrepancies between perpetual inventory records and physical counts; Conduct periodic cycle counts to ensure system integrity; Investigate anomalies found during daily activities or cycle counts; Coordinate destruction of obsolete, excess, or unusable materials as directed

Requirements

0-5 years overall; Minimum 6 months of forklift experience; Previous inventory clerk experience in a manufacturing environment preferred; Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office Suite; Strong math skills; Excellent communication skills; Ability to read/write English language documentation; Knowledge of manufacturing processes preferred; High School Diploma or equivalent; Must be flexible to work weekends if requested by business needs; 10-panel drug screening required (must be completed within 48 hours of offer acceptance); Must clear all background checks before starting; Steel toe or composite shoes required

Nice to have

Previous inventory clerk experience in a manufacturing environment preferred; Knowledge of manufacturing processes preferred
