Warehouse Operative (4 on 4 off Nights)

We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Warehouse Operative to join our Haverhill team, supporting our Warehouse Nights Pick operation in a modern, fast-paced environment. This is a hands-on role where you will play a key part in picking stock, keeping stock moving safely, accurately and efficiently while working as part of a supportive and dependable team.

This is a full-time, permanent position working 12-hour Night shifts on a 4 on, 4 off pattern, including weekends, from 19:00 to 07:00

The role is based in a chilled warehouse environment, so you will need to be comfortable working in temperatures between 2 and 4 degrees.

Salary: £32,322.68 per annum

On top of this we offer performance based Pick Bonuses with earning potential up to an extra £1200 per month for high performers

What we're looking for

We operate a Banked hour contracts based on an average of a 40 hour week - £32,322.68

Responsibilities

Confident working to clear targets and KPI’s and delivering strong performance; Loading, unloading, and picking of stock and orders within the chilled warehouse; Loading and unloading different type of trailers using RF Gun to scan pallets; Assemble customer orders from the order profile.; Ensure the correct amount of product is picked.; Maintain high levels of Health & Safety at all times.; Maintaining high levels of housekeeping throughout the warehouse

Requirements

Experience working in a similar warehouse environment is advantageous; Comfortable working in a chilled warehouse environment.; Confident working to targets and KPI standards in a fast-paced operation.; Strong verbal communication and numerical accuracy.; The ability to meet tight deadlines and targets.; Strong organisational skills.
