Warehouse Process Tech/DSDR Loader

The Warehouse Process Technician, under the basic supervision of the Warehouse Supervisor, is responsible for basic areas workflow coordination.

Responsibilities

Coordinate workflow for basic areas under supervision of Warehouse Supervisor; Perform all duties of Material Handler including picking, labeling, loading and unloading trailers; Assign job duties to warehouse crew in conjunction with warehouse leaders; Monitor work flow and assign or reassign jobs as necessary; Assign tasks, release orders and replenishments, pick confirm orders and dispatch orders using Oracle WMS; Follow company protocol for dispatching orders to drivers; Receive materials in Purchase Order system; Troubleshoot minor scanner issues; Work across departments to resolve issues; Train new employees in Warehousing/Receiving practices; Maintain warehouse business during leader's absence; Follow Leader Standard Work activities; Adhere to regulatory issues (OSHA, FDA, DOT, EPA); Practice and adhere to safety and hygiene guidelines; Cover vacations for other leaders as required; Perform other duties as required

Requirements

High School Diploma or GED and/or 1-year production experience in a manufacturing environment required; Must be able to perform all duties and responsibilities of Material Handler; Ability to safely operate a variety of power industrial vehicles; Capable of entering transactions into telnet, Oracle or personal computers; Ability to arrange multiple ship methods (LTL, parcel, etc.)
