Warehouse Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Warehouse Specialist to support daily operations for raw materials and finished goods. The ideal candidate has hands-on warehouse experience, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and compliance.

Responsibilities

Audits each shipment prior to packing to ensure that goods are in sellable condition and match order; Picks, packs and labels product based on established standards; Follow established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistent and compliant operations; Process inbound and outbound shipments, including sorting, picking, packing, shipping, and system transactions in SAP/WMS; Inspect incoming materials for damage or discrepancies; coordinate with Purchasing to resolve issues; Prepare, review, and maintain accurate shipping and receiving documentation; ensure proper record retention for compliance; Perform inventory cycle counts, investigate discrepancies, and support corrective actions; Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues such as shipping delays or inventory variances; provide clear feedback and solutions; Maintain a safe, clean, and organized warehouse environment in compliance with EHS and 5S standards

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required; Previous experience in warehouse operations required; Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word); Ability to lift and move up to 45 lbs as needed; Strong attention to detail and organizational skills; Effective communication skills with the ability to work across different levels of the organization; Strong problem-solving ability and a proactive approach to work; Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

Associate’s degree or higher in Supply Chain or a related field preferred; Experience with warehouse systems such as SAP, WMS, or similar platforms preferred; Bilingual (Chinese/English) is a plus
