Responsibilities

Lead small group adventures around the globe; Be physically on the trip with a group of 10-15 travelers, navigating streets of Tokyo, hiking in Iceland, or catching sunsets in Baja; Be the soul of the trip: set the tone, break the ice, bring the group together, and make sure everyone feels included; Be the fixer: handle flight delays or plan changes, pivot, and keep the energy high

Requirements

Are in your 20s or 30s; Love group experiences and human connection; Feel aligned with WeRoad's vision and values; Natural-born leader and the planner in your friend group; Social intelligence: can read a room and handle group dynamics like a pro; Resourcefulness: grounded and practical, finds solutions while others are still looking for the problem; Energy: adventurous, empathetic, and genuinely loves meeting new people
