Winter Maintenance Driver - HGV Class 2 (4M FTC)

The Winter Maintenance Class 2 Driver position is essential for keeping roadways safe and accessible during winter. This role involves operating gritter lorries, snowploughs and other equipment to clear roads, highways, and public areas of snow and ice, ensuring safe transportation. You’ll work primarily outdoors in various weather conditions, with call out hours based on weather demands.

Requirements

Valid HGV Class 2 Driver's License and CPC (Certificate of Professional Competence); clean driving record; Experience in Operating Heavy Machinery or Snow Removal Equipment; Familiarity with Local Geography and Road Systems; Full, Clean UK Driving Licence; Pass Drug & Alcohol Test
