Responsibilities

WHAT YOUR NEW JOB WILL BE ABOUT; Your main responsibilities will be to:; Secure the stability and continuous development of our WMS solutions; Own and prioritize the Team Backlog to maximize business value and impact; Act as the connecting link between Distribution Centers, Logistics, IT and external partners; Provide people leadership and development for a Business Solution Specialist in the Scrum team; Enable high-quality delivery by making timely decisions and setting clear direction; Drive refinement and alignment to ensure shared understanding across teams; Your primary base will be at our Distribution Center in Uldum. As the role is international, 20–40 travel days per year are expected.

Requirements

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING; We are looking for a person with experience from logistics IT solutions in highly automated warehouse environments, combined with a strong understanding of how business processes and IT systems work together.; In addition, you will be described by the below mentioned characteristics:; Experience working with Warehouse Management Systems, either as Product Owner, Application Specialist, Consultant, Project Manager or similar; Strong stakeholder management skills; It will be considered an advantage if you have experience working with SSI Schaefer solutions such as WAMAS or ANT.; Strong understanding of Warehouse Management Systems and logistics processes in automated warehouse environments; Balance value, cost, risk and effort when making prioritization decisions; Communicate in a structured and transparent way; Great English skills
