Responsibilities

Serve as the first point of contact and create positive first impressions; Provide directions, resources, and support to Paramount employees and guests; Escort guests to appropriate locations when needed; Cultivate and create meaningful connections with floor populations; Proactively manage workspace reservations and bookings; Monitor office and desk space utilization; Coordinate workplace services and respond to employee needs; Support the setup and execution of meetings and special events; Conduct meeting space inspections to ensure readiness; Partner with Event Managers, A/V teams, and technical support staff; Proactively identify and report facility, housekeeping, or maintenance concerns; Track requests and ensure timely resolution; Follow up on workplace changes and service requests for accuracy; Follow up with Paramount employees to keep them informed on progress made to complete their requests; Escalate issues appropriately to ensure timely resolution

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent; Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills; Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Nice to have

Minimum 1 year of hospitality, hotel, concierge or a related field; Basic knowledge of A/V technology and workplace systems
