WPP Media: Associate, Affiliate- Beirut

The Associate, Affiliate supports the planning, execution, and optimization of affiliate marketing campaigns across affiliate networks and publisher partnerships. This entry-level role is ideal for recent graduates looking to build a career in performance marketing. The successful candidate will work closely with the Affiliate team to monitor campaign performance, coordinate with partners, and support reporting and optimization activities.

Responsibilities

Support the setup and execution of affiliate marketing campaigns; Assist in monitoring campaign performance and delivery; Prepare campaign reports and basic performance analysis; Coordinate with affiliate networks and publisher partners; Support campaign optimization to achieve client objectives; Help maintain accurate campaign tracking and documentation; Assist with QA before campaigns go live; Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth campaign execution; Stay up to date with affiliate marketing trends and industry developments

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or higher in a STEM field (Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics); Has a good working ethic, as well as professional integrity, possesses good communication skills, and is passionate towards the digital/programmatic industry; Excellent knowledge and skills of Microsoft suites: Excel, PowerPoint etc.
