Responsibilities

Provide prompt, friendly customer service to all team members and customers; Maintain Ice Surfaces, general facilities cleaning and maintenance; If needed, answer phones and respond to questions about our programs; Ability to make decisions quickly with Confidence; Understand and follow company policies, procedures and safety rules; Adhere to company work hours, policies, procedures and rules regarding professional staff behavior; Team members may be required to perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Excellent customer service skills; Effective problem solving and communication with customers and team members; Ability to Problem Solve, take Responsibility, take Pride in what we are doing; Must be able to work in a cold environment; Ability to lift 30lbs; Have basic computer skills; Ability to work flexible schedule nights, weekends and holidays based on business needs; Occasionally required to sit; Frequently required to walk, reach, talk and hear; Specific vision abilities required by this role include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus; Must have a valid driver's license, and reliable transportation is needed.
