Responsibilities

Generate new business opportunities through agency-provided leads, referrals, prospecting, and outbound calls; Engage with prospective customers to understand their priorities and identify suitable insurance solutions; Prepare quotes, explain coverage options, and sell Auto, Home, Life, Business, and other insurance products; Develop meaningful relationships with customers through consistent communication and follow-up; Recognize opportunities to recommend additional coverage and generate referrals; Manage an active sales pipeline while working toward individual and agency production goals; Strengthen your sales techniques through ongoing coaching, training, and professional development

Requirements

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with people confidently; A self-motivated, results-oriented mindset with a desire to grow professionally and financially; Comfortable initiating conversations, making outbound calls, and asking for the sale; Resilience, determination, and the ability to stay motivated through challenges; A willingness to learn, apply feedback, and continuously improve; Excellent time management, organization, and attention to detail; Previous experience in sales, retail, banking, hospitality, automotive, or customer service is beneficial; Active insurance licensing preferred, or willingness to obtain the required licenses; Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply
