Responsibilities

Own a desk of claims end to end: from first notification of loss through to resolution; Communicate with policyholders throughout the claims journey, ensuring a clear and positive experience; Make sound, well-documented decisions and manage claims within your authority; Identify potential fraud indicators and escalate appropriately; Maintain accurate and thorough claims records for audit and compliance; Contribute to continuous improvement by working with operations and engineering

Requirements

Texas All-Lines Adjuster license, with Texas designated as your home state; 1–2 years of adjusting experience; Sharp, organised, and able to prioritise independently; A clear communicator, in writing and on the phone; Genuinely curious about how claims and coverage work; Comfortable using data to make decisions; Team-oriented, hardworking, and ambitious; Willing to work 5 days in office in Dallas
