Delivery Manager

As a delivery manager, you'll own the end-to-end success of high-impact AI projects for our retail and consumer clients. You act as the crucial link between our customers and technical teams: balancing technical possibility with feasibility, ensuring we maximise value for our clients, and cultivating strong external relationships which position Faculty as the partner of choice for future projects.

Responsibilities

Owning the end-to-end delivery of customer projects, from initial scoping to final implementation; Collaborating with technical teams and customers to design innovative AI solutions that solve their challenges and leverage opportunities; Managing project development and ensuring a delivery approach that provides maximum value to the customer; Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, acting as the primary point of contact throughout the project lifecycle; Identifying new commercial opportunities and contributing to new business pitches and proposals; Developing and mentoring peers, taking a proactive role in building good processes and practices

Requirements

Previous experience in 0-1 AI/Digital transformation projects in the retail and consumer facing sectors (including comms/telco, media/entertainment and consumer goods); Takes full responsibility for the successful delivery of projects, from initial scoping to end-user adoption; Currently client-facing, trusted to navigate ambiguous situations, complex technical information and unexpected challenges; Clear communicator with outstanding written and verbal skills, able to instil confidence, bring clarity and influence senior stakeholders; Comfortable working with technical teams and has experience delivering technical projects; Able to gauge possibility and feasibility, and lead a team to balance vision and pragmatism; Practical problem-solver who identifies potential issues and proactively implements solutions
